The Challenge

TEDxJersey City needed to secure four different promotional items for their upcoming event. Each item had to align with their branding while staying within a defined budget.

The first order centered on event apparel. Soft cotton t-shirts and fleece hoodies were selected to ensure comfort during long event hours, while screen printing ensured clean, consistent logo application aligned with TEDx branding standards.

Months after the event, the same team returned with a separate order for additional branded items, this time focused on promotional use rather than staff apparel. This second order included custom lanyards, ceramic mugs, and branded t-shirts. Unlike the initial apparel order, the priority here was creating practical, take-home items that attendees could use beyond the event

The project came with its own set of constraints. Budget and timeline needed to be carefully managed across multiple product types. A structured approval process and a clear production timeline helped keep everything on track, with an expected turnaround of a few weeks from approval.
